to answer the question... meh... the entire bow gets the color... easy to lose detail.... default color seems to be brown.

You can get them from Nojj in Rata Sum for 5k, 40 wood and 20 granite. Just need to be rank 4 on the Asuran track.

Blue, just like the ones crafted by the Weaponsmith from the end of Factions.
